Standard features of the Patz Model 800 Single Screw Vertical Compost Mixer

Patz vertical compost mixers provide a thorough, consistent mixture of compost materials!

Each Patz vertical compost mixer is manufactured at our plant in Pound, Wisconsin, with these standard features:

	Unibody mixer & trailer construction design for long-life, low maintenance and trouble-free operation.

	Jackstand 5,000 lb. capacity, swivel mount.

	3-point electronic scale system uses spindles and hitch bar for accurate, reliable weighing of ingredients.

	Discharge for right or left side. Select Discharge Deflector Shield package and optional chute with or without magnet or Conveyor Discharge Package with Collapsible Steel Sides which can be hydraulically or manually operated. 36" wide chain conveyors provide quick, reliable removal of material.

	Only one oil reservoir is needed to view oil level in the entire planetary unit.

	Top ring/bucket guard is reinforced with 1/4" (6.4 mm) thick steel to provide extra strength and protect from damage while loading! Laser cut holes to accept optional rubber side extensions.

	Sidewalls are constructed of 3/16" (5 mm) steel, overlapped at seams for strength.

	Model 270 Low Profile is only 94" high (2.39 m) for ease of loading with skid steer.

	Welded steel screw with 1/2" (12.7 mm) thick flighting. Laser cut holes to accept knives. Design includes double discharge shoes to increase output, mix efficiently and improve discharge flow of ration. Unique design of steel screw provides quick thorough mixing and even discharge of ration.

	1/2" (12.7 mm) floor plate provides the solid structure that the mixer is built on. A 3/4" (19mm) sub floor plate is welded to the bottom of the floor plate, providing a 1-1/4" (32mm) base for mounting the planetary.

	Strongest planetary gearbox in the industry.

	Two tubeless implement tires provide smooth transport over rough terrain.

	Restrictors are located on front left and right rear of tub. Adjust in or out as desired or use high or low pivot to control the flow of material inside.

	Transport lights with 7-pin connector included on all trailer models.
