Multiple Door Locations
The Model 1100 is available with multiple door locations, including Front, Left Side, Right Side, Both Sides plus a Back Commodity Door.
Select Discharge Deflector Shield package and optional chute with or without magnet or Conveyor Discharge Package with Collapsible Steel Sides that can be hydraulically or manually operated.
Side discharge conveyors are available in 36" and 54" lengths or gravity slider pan.
Rear Commodity Door
Additional Option Available for 420, 500 & 615 cubic foot sizes:
- Location of commodity door allows mixer to back into narrow spaces for emptying.
- Helps to streamline the mixing process to allow more time for other tasks.
Discharge Magnet
Help protect your investment with a discharge magnet to remove traces of metal from the mix.
Knife Options
Add knives to cut up compost materials. 21-1/2" tungsten/carbide edged hardened knives extend approximately 8" perpendicular to screw flighting.
12" knives are also available.
Electronic Scales And Extension Arm
Improve your profits by convenient weighing with Weigh-Tronix® or Digi-Star® scales. Easy-to-use, programmable electronic scales allow precise formulations. Basic read-up, read-down models and batching models with memory for different menus are available. A signal light and a signal buzzer indicate when desired weight is loaded. Remote display and a controller to zero the scale from a remote location are also available.

All scales are four-point mounted for load stability and accuracy of ± .5% of system.
Indicator Extension Arm improves viewing when loading from right or left side by extending the indicator an additional 15" from viewing platform.
Sensor Activated Hour Meter
Monitors machine run time and not road travel time.
Viewing Platform and Battery Holder Kit
View batch mixing from the platform. Includes jack and storage mount.
Optional battery holder (not shown) also available. Mounts directly to viewing platform to hold battery used on electronic scales.
