Patz Industrial Model 4444 Vertical Pit Pump - Standard Features
This versatile pump handles limited fibrous waste. The impeller blades' swept-back design increases pumping efficiency for high-volume flow through the 4-inch (101.6 mm) steel tube.
Volume Output
Choose from 7-1/2 to 40 HP single motor speed packages or 7-1/2 and 10 HP matched twin motor speed packages along with appropriate motor(s) to obtain the desired flow rate.
Output capacities range up to 1,580 gallons (5,981 liters) per minute at 10 ft. (3.1 m) head. Capacities are based on water. (Guard removed for viewing.)
The standard riser pipe with adjustable upper nozzle (raise/lower) and a fixed bottom nozzle allows handling many types of liquid and improves pit clean out.
The nozzle's shut-off valve has a stainless steel knife to open and close the port. You can transfer or load while agitating. An output shut-off valve allows faster pit agitation.

Voluted design of the housing and curved blades are constantly being loaded and unloaded, keeping a constant positive pressure at the discharge point. As the impeller turns, material is forced to the outer band area, which becomes larger as material approaches the discharge point. More material is being constantly added to the impeller blades as material moves away. | ||||||
