Overall Lengths: Model 2405 offers conveyor lengths from 10' (3.048 m) to 120' (36.576 m) in 10' (3.048 m) increments. Model 2410 offers conveyor lengths up to 200' (60.96 m) in 10' (3.048 m) increments. Maximum length of individual bed section is 10' (3.048 m); modular sections bolt together for lengths beyond 10' (3.048 m). Can be field cut for special lengths.
Frame: Concave open bed, formed 14 ga. high gloss polyester powder coated steel; 6-1/2" (165 mm) depth; 26-3/4" (679 mm) width.
Belt Width: 24" (610 mm).
Belt: None standard; order as optional equipment.
Belt Speed: Model 2405 - 370 ft/min (112.8 m/min), 260 ft/min (79.2 m/min), 130 ft/min (39.6m/min), or 65 ft/min (19.8m/min), depending on drive selected. Model 2410 - 240 ft/min (73.15 m/min), 120 ft/min (36.57 m/min), 95 ft/min (29 m/min), depending on drive selected.
Drive Pulley: 5" (127 mm) dia. on Model 2405 and 10" (254 mm) dia. on Model 2410, crowned, steel, rubber lagged.
Tail Pulley: 5" (127 mm) dia., finned, steel.
Bearings: Long-life, sealed, prelubricated, greaseable.
Belt Take-up: Screw-type take-up at tail pulley.
Drive Motor: None standard; order as optional equipment.
Drive Mount: None standard; order as optional equipment.
Load Capacity: Model 2405 - Up to 209 ft³/min (5.91 m³/min); 3,700 lb/min (1678 kg/min). Model 2410 - Up to 136 ft³/min (3.85 m³/min); 2,400 lb/min (1089 kg/min).
Span: Up to 20' (6.096 m) between supports.
Color: High gloss polyester powder coated steel bed and attachments.

Belt: Black, P.V.C. 120 COS, smooth or textured. Other belts available on request. Also available on Model 2405 black, P.V.C. 120 COS, cleated for 10' (3.048 m) to 40' (12.192 m).
Drive Motors: 1 to 3 H.P., 1 Ph. or 3 Ph.; hydraulic motor drive also available.
Conveyor Supports: Supports and mounting hardware available.
Covers: 16 ga. high gloss polyester powder coated steel in 10' (3.048 m) lengths.
Loading Hoppers: Funnels material into conveyor trough.
End Spout: Directs material discharge.
Spout Extension: Attaches to end spout.
Belt Wipers: Blade and brush types for cleaning top of belts.
Adjustable Elbows: Adjust 0° to 30°.
Convey Sides: Positions material and helps seal edges to prevent material under belt.
Plow-Off: Locate anywhere along the conveyor to plow off in one direction.
