Floor Supports: Note that support is required at each end of conveyor and at each section joint.
Incline:
Up to 15° with smooth belt (limit to 5° with frozen material)
Up to 30° with textured belt
When conveyed material is frozen, the incline achievable may be substantially reduced.
5° = 1 inch elevation per foot
15° = 3-1/4 inch elevation per foot
30° = 7 inch elevation per foot
Drive Unit: Direct drive through a speed reducer (390 or 260 FPM)
Belt Width: 16 in.
Belt Surface: Smooth or textured interwoven polyester impregnated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Other belts available upon request.
Speed: 390 FPM, 260 FPM, depending on drive selected.
Assembly: Equipment supplied partially assembled for shipping purposes, additional field assembly required.
Drive Motor:
1 to 3 HP, 1 phase or 3 phase electric motor drive; hydraulic motor drive also available.
3 HP or 5 HP, 1 phase or 3 phase electric motor drive.
